Do not list "additional product/room" extras: they come from quantity and are ignored if sent. Omit tier and the server picks the smallest tier that covers it. If there is a cheaper way (the lowest tier plus "additional" extras, with fewer inclusions per product), it comes in "alternatives", so there can be two options: show both to the client, each has a short "label". If nothing fits, quote is null and the request goes to PZ-00 (quoted by hand within 24 hours). - Include "contact" only with the client's consent: it creates a lead and returns a reference (Q-XXXX). Without it you just get the price. - Limits: a few requests per minute per IP, 8 KB per request, unknown fields are rejected. ## Contact policy Everything in writing. No calls.
