What this site collects
- Quote requests. What you type in the quoter and, if you choose to send it, your email, notes and the quote you picked. Used only to send you the written quote and talk about that project.
- Anonymous visit counts. Page views and button clicks, counted without cookies. A visitor is a hash of IP address, browser and a salt that changes every day and is never stored, so visits cannot be followed across days.
- Campaign tags. utm_* and gclid values from the link you came from, to know which ads bring visitors.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads, only if you press Accept on the cookie notice. Nothing from Google loads otherwise.
- Server logs without request bodies, with IP addresses shortened and emails masked.
Who processes it
The site runs on a server rented from Hetzner (Germany). Quote messages may be processed by an AI provider (OpenAI) to answer in the chat; prices always come from the published catalog. Emails are sent from Pieza's own mail server. Data is not sold or shared for advertising.
Internal tools
Pieza uses a private assistant that reads the studio's own accounts (email, Google Ads reports, marketplace notifications) for its owner. It does not collect data from site visitors beyond what is listed above.
How long and your rights
Quote requests are kept for up to two years, visit counts are aggregated. Write to tomas@pieza.studio to see, correct or delete what Pieza has about you; the answer comes within 30 days.
